Fortis Healthcare fixes Record Date for Rights Issue of Equity Shares with detachable warrants
Fortis Healthcare Ltd has informed that the Members of the Issue Committee have, at the said meeting held on August 10, 2009, approved August 20, 2009 as the Record Date for reckoning the eligible shareholders who are entitled to apply for equity shares to be issued on Rights Basis.
